Pros

associates get cross trained; makes for better customer service.

Cons

Work extremely long hours per week; was scheduled at least 80 per week as a co-manager. Talked down to a lot. You will get called out in front of the employees and customers. Do not expect support from store manager and district manager. Integrity is not valued (reports falsified to senior management) as well as family time (called in on the day of my father's funeral). In charge of large areas of the store but do not have associates assigned to assist you. All associates report directly to store manager. Won local customer service award when in charge of store (between managers) but senior management gave recognition to new store manager 2 months after award was received. I recruited a manager for the company but did not receive the recruit compensation as per company policy.
