Store managers and assistant managers were nice when the higher ups weren’t blaming everything wrong on them even when they tried and did their best
Cons
Upper management flying in from state to state to look around and complain despite being one of the top stores in the state Overworked Under-compensated Rude managers who would scream at the top of their lungs in front of customers Upper management would ignore you and avoid eye contact even if you tried to say hello
