      Terrible PTO. Lot of off hours work Boring JOB Remote work policy not enforced consistently. No room for Growth. Basically do what your told even if you didn't sigh up for it.

      Some attorneys are good to work with

      Cons

      Culture is terrible for non-attorneys. Too many layers of management on staff side and feels very political. Certain C Suite executives are downright rude to staff. No transparency about roles and responsibilities— it feels like you could literally be fired any moment and you wouldn’t even know why.
