They expect you to work around the clock. There is no work-life balance and it's a very stressful and toxic environment full of gossip. Leadership does not have time for you. They do not appreciate you or show that you are appreciated. Pay rises are below average IF you get them. Work from home not allowed and looked down upon. A lot of paper pushing, instead of going forward, you'll feel like you're going backwards. Unreal expectations and unrealistic workload. High Turnaround as no body wants to work here.
