Pros
There are very smart & talented actual workers and drivers that work there and want to do a good job. Mr. Hogan truly cares about the people, drivers, and his company (just kept in the dark of what is really happening with in his 3 divisions) The Director of Recruiting really cares about his people & drivers.
Cons
The VPs all have hidden agendas, they do not work together and keep things from Mr. Hogan. (They tell him what he wants to hear then do their own thing.) They spend more time fighting with each other and doing things behind each others back and ensuring their work groups do not work together as a team. Toxic atmosphere. Childish behavior among managers. NO concept of team work -everyone is too busy throwing someone under the bus so they don't get targeted. Mgmt always seems like they are always in a bad mood. (And they are since they are too busy stabbing each other in the back) Management team and VPs needs to take lessons on how to manage people with motivation and performance management not by cursing at them, belittling them, and hateful attitudes or talking behind peoples backs. Zero work life/home life balance. Management Environment was such that you felt like you were walking on eggshells with a bipolar, narcissistic spouse. A LOT of bullying by senior management and mid level managers. Culture and Values expressed are NOT what are imposed and followed.
