Pros

Friendly workplace, clean offices, not micro managed (almost to a fault).

Cons

Not enough time off for the amount of stress in operations. Management rarely takes input or meets with staff. deadbeat employees are not addressed in a timely manner. No chances for promotions or additional training. very outdated computer system which slows daily work production

Decent wage for the area.

Cons

The team is clueless. No organization. Learned in just a couple days that i would be getting a phone and would be on call all of the time, however in interviews was told rarely.
