Pros
You have to fight for your paycheck you have to fight for what’s yours. That’s not a pro and it shouldn’t even be a con. It should be a non-issue. They are horrible driver managers the worst I have ever been engaged with.
Cons
They drip you out of any Penny they can those pennies add up two dollars that add up 200s of dollars that actually end up in 2000s of dollars that is their model. They rip the drivers off especially the new ones a pocket that as managers and have a little outings They go to bars they spend that money thinking that we as a drivers are stupid. I made a critical mistake in going to work with this company. I’m not stupid. I made a mistake. I hope you do not go anywhere but to this company.
