Was Great when started - Anonymous employee Hohman Plating Employee Review

Benifits Got Worse , Pay Raises got freezed, Health insurance become out of pocket expense, Chemicals everywhere, Lead base Material, Chemicals Got Leaked into the city water, People friendly to your face but talk about you behind your back, Management didnt care too much about there employees. They dont lay off they fire.... many old timers I herd got let go because they make to much, hire new hires for cheaper... not a promising long term Job...
