We strive to maintain consistency in culture on offices and jobsites across the country and rely on all management to achieve this. As jobsites are ever-changing and associates frequently shift and move, upholding culture on jobsites is something we are always working on.
Holder’s business model includes traveling to where our clients need us to build their next project – leading to over 90 percent of our business coming from repeat clients. A huge thank you to our dedicated associates who make this happen, we could not accomplish this without that dedication.
