      Pros

      Character of people is good, the work force is young and fun, the projects are cool.

      Cons

      The work-life balance does not exist. I come home with stress from the job. The long unpaid hours don't end. If you love the work more than any other part of your job, you will be fine in this job. Maybe for some, not for me.

      Because we mostly follow an organic growth model, we often give young associates new challenges and career advancement opportunities. However, this strategy should not create unmanageable work-life balance. We encourage associates to reach out to their manager should their workload become too heavy.
