Meet people from all over the world. Slow times make the job fairly easy. Free breakfast for employees. Discounted hotel rooms after 90 days of employment.
Cons
Quick employee turnover. Low wages. No benefits. Lots of entry-level people coming through who are sometimes hard to work with because they don't genuinely care to be at work. The employees who have been there for over a year are very apathetic and don't care about following the rules.
