Toxic work culture with bullying from management - Team Member Holiday Inn Express Employee Review

The management or bullies and often need HR reign them in. On two separate occasions managers had tried to pull unlawful requests on me and needed to be told off. Horrible work culture, no stability in regards to what you will do day-to-day. The higher ups are generally miserable and will try to make you that way too. They will bully out staff because they have agency workers so the respect given to staff is zero, and often illegally cruel.
