Pros

You can basically sit around all day and get paid to do nothing if you're the favorite, plenty of days off. Social interaction.

Cons

No workplace transparency, hour and wage cuts, blatant favoritism, workplace assault on the property, catty employees, general feelings of being unsafe in the workplace. Criticism is not constructive.

Great place to work with the nice benefit of getting discounts on IHG properties. Fun job that involves problem solving and creating positive experiences for customers.
