Pros

lots of down time to get my personal tasks done

Cons

management was horrible, as a front desk agent, they threatened to fire me if left the front desk unattended AFTER my shift, meaning that if the next person to come in doesn't show up, I have to work an involuntary double or else i'm fired. I never agreed to this before I accepted the position, management constantly hid from guests during difficult situations
