Pros
The only pros I can think of are the employee discount and the occasional staff lunches. Good location. Didn't have to work hard if you don't want to. Good place for lazy workers.
Cons
-housekeeping manager plays favoritism/lies/talks behind your back -housekeeping manager doesn't follow health & safety (hides stuff upon inspections) -housekeeping manager always wanted to go home early so she made housekeepers clean the rooms in half the time (so rooms are still dirty)
