Pros

The only Pro is that I made a few really good friends from the hotel, and you pretty much learn how to deal with disgruntled customers.

Cons

The pay is definitely not worth everything you have to deal with. Long shifts, upset customers over things that are not your fault. They did not care about promoting you and then would act like you would be getting promoted but never give you the actual title or pay. Management was always on you making sure everything was done and if it wasn't she would make sure to let everyone know very unprofessionally. Raises were a joke as well. Also- they did not pay us any time and a half for Holidays which we were required to sign up or all of us would have to work.
