Pros

Working with the public, and learning a bit about hospitality, and what the "brand" stands for. This place doesn't care about that.

Cons

The constant turnover and the constant ads for help are not a symptom of the times, they are a sign of chaos, little training, and owners who care very little about the help. Give you head of housekeeping $50 as a bonus for the year???

Great place to work with the nice benefit of getting discounts on IHG properties. Fun job that involves problem solving and creating positive experiences for customers.

Cons

Sometimes you may be asked to work hours that are not ideal or holidays
