Pros
New Hotel Clean and set back off the main roads so it is quiet and peaceful. Close to the ski resorts for winter leisure tourists. near ski bus stop for easy mountain access
Cons
Rates are to high for the property. there is no meeting space and that limits the corporate business that comes in. 11 brand new hotels opened up within a 12 month period including a new Holiday inn express right off the freeway making competition for our 66 room hotel. The hotel is located behind a Golden Corral ( Buffet) restaurant and an auto parts store making us invisible to travelers not aware it was there.
