Pros
Flexible schedule, a ton of training available across the board for all positions, GM is a great lady that only wants to help her staff grow and get better so constructive criticism only never maliciously. Christmas bonus as well as recent achievement bonus when property won IHG Torchbearer award.
Cons
Not always steady pay or hours due to available labor hours being driven by guest Occupancy. Makes it difficult to keep a personal budget when hours could range from 20 to 35 hours in a work week.
