Pros

If you have a good manager, you will learn and grow and have great support. OK benefits. Fast-paced and not boring. After asking about it, I could see that they do have clear career paths, even if moving up could take a long time.

Cons

Demanding work and sometimes you are pushed into roles that you do not have enough training for (a lot of on the job training). A lot of the benefits are not shared with employees, you have to ask about what benefits are available (example: I didn't know they had tuition reimbursement until I started talking to some co-workers about university classes).

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

Cons

We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
