      Over the past 3 years the way they motivate is by saying "people that don't do it this way will be shown the door!" it used to be a good company to work for

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

      Cons

      We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
