      Pros

      The ability to move up in the company. Pay is okay for a gas station. Flexible hours are good. When things break it gets fixed quickly.

      Cons

      ECC (Enhanced Customer Care) is a nightmare. it's suggestive selling but with rules of what you can and cannot suggest.

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

      Cons

      We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
