      Pay is horrible and there is no advancement within the company. High turnover rate because company does not know how to retain good employees.

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

      Cons

      We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
