Pros

Fuel and merchandise discount. Pretty good benefits. Good branding and quality of products.

Cons

It's like being in high school again, good work ethic does not mean success. It's all about how much butt you're willing to kiss or how hard you're willing to throw someone under the bus. They say they want you to work as a team and yet everyone is always pitted against one another. I work about 45 hours a week with a totally random schedule.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

Cons

We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
