Pros

Training process is pretty clear, it's nice to be able to do multiple things around the store throughout a shift rather than just standing in one place all day.

Cons

deliveries sometimes cause complications, emergency situations involving customers are not well explained in training, things often broke and took way too long to get someone to come fix

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, support from supervisors is amazing. I enjoy every single person I work with and I love coming in to work and seeing everyone. Many people at the office have been here 20+ years, so it truly feels like a work family. My direct supervisor is a big advocate on having a good work/life balance which is great.

Cons

We are required to be in office 3 days a week, which is only a con because I have a long commute.
