Very little training and often the teacher/trainer has minimal knowledge or experience in what they are trying to train you on. There is absolutely no backing from upper-management making it next to impossible to enforce productivity standards. LONG hours, increased responsibilities every couple of days with to pay increase or opportunity for advancement in site. Lack of communication btwn upper and lower management.
