Thank you for taking the time to provide Holland with some feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our employees and truly value the input. We are glad to hear that the benefits are working out for you and your family. Providing our team members with a strong benefits package is a point of pride for Holland. We do, however, find some of your comments to be concerning. Please know that we are always working to improve as a company. That’s why reviews like this one are so valuable. You will be happy to hear that we have an initiative underway to invest in new equipment. We are updating our fleet, but it is simply too expensive to replace everything at once.
