Where do I begin? No training, antiquated computers and software, no place to eat lunch, I had to eat in my car since 30 minutes wasn't enough time to go someplace. Nasty mean co-workers who refused to teach me how to do the job. Being told I was too old to learn anything. It's too bad I didn't have a hidden voice recorder when that was said to me. I was lied to before hired, this is nothing more than a call center.
