Pros
The loaders are tremendous group of people to work with they help each other. The loaders were the only reason I showed up each day.
Cons
They believe in working you to death. Love to degrade lower Management and staff. Work you 60 and 70 hours a week and do not pay overtime. They tell you they have a very low turn over rate. HA HA. I was replaced by two people. They believe in age and sex discrimination. Corporate will not do anything about it. Hundreds of hours of overtime with no pay. In 40 years of management experience this is the worst company I have ever worked for.
