Pros
Health ins. is the best (union). No one really cares in mgmt., everyone is just putting in there time,so you can do whatever you want. Afraid to fire drivers (shortage). Rules not enforced. Employees pretend to work and they pretend to pay us. (and that's the pros)
Cons
Co. is run just for the top 5 to 8 senior managers. They get huge bonuses and everyone else gets nada. Still has huge debt that will take 20 yrs. to get down at the current rate. Terrible outdated equipment, dirty terminals, pay $5/hr below competition, pension payments 25% of what they should be, fewer wks vacation, 18 months longer to get to scale. Anyone healthy is crazy to get a job here. No future. The co. will continue to stagger forward at best.
