Going downhill - Employee Holland & Knight Employee Review

The firm has gone downhill in the last year or so. There’s an aggressive RTO approach without taking into consideration position or function and leadership recently took away two vacation days away from staff. The flexibility once enjoyed has disappeared. It does not feel like the same firm it was a few years ago. There’s not much opportunity for advancement depending on your department and as a staff member I don’t feel invested in but A LOT is asked of me
