Pros

Kind and helpful co-workers, staff has private offices, manageable workload, 1 day of remote work offered.

Cons

Some attorneys here seem to have skipped the portion of law school that covers basic professional courtesy. Interactions were dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude... not what you expect from professionals people pay premium dollar to represent their interests. Management? Good luck finding them. Every time a concern needed to be dealt with, there was no one available, and no accountability from the top down. It's clear the tone starts there. Management is stretched thin and it shows. Perhaps most bizarrely, you are required to check in and check out eight times a day like punching a clock on a factory floor. The system feels dehumanizing and signals exactly how this firm views the people walking through its doors.
