Manager - Manager Holland & Knight Employee Review

The IT department doesn't know that he heck they are doing. The CIO all hands meeting was a joke. He had neither any vision on technology nor on employee retention plans. He was just ranting and taking about current projects and hurdles. The firm doesn't make it managers independent and empowered. All decisions are made just by the Bullish CIO. No career growth, outdated technology and more over the HR department is horrible, they are very notorious to handle complicated situations very immaturely and unprofessionally. I would never recommend this place for anyone smart with lot of career aspirations.
