Pros

I began my position in the Business Intelligence team in 2015. I made a career move to work at the firm because I was excited about the culture of the firm. During my two years as a Business Intelligence Analyst, I loved my job. As a researcher, my skills improved and I am now using my skills at my new place of employment. The only reason I left the firm was I was offered a position in academia which I could not turn down. When my family relocated to Arizona, the firm worked with me and my family to allow me to work remotely. Not many companies will support their employees in that manner. My team met daily to discuss upcoming projects and opportunities to better position our team. I find it funny, a previous reviewer stated he was with my team for three years since I was there was no other person in my position with my tenure. Guess you cannot believe everything you read online. I would recommend the firm to anyone who is looking at changing, starting or just looking for a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Brandon isn't easy to get too, but with flexible hours and great on site cafe it balances out nicely.

Pros

Gained valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Cons

Leadership from the top of several departments created an unnecessarily cutthroat work environment. Many management decisions appeared to prioritize short-term objectives over employee retention and morale. One of the most concerning patterns I observed was that several employees with 20+ years of service were terminated around the time of their annual performance reviews. Whether intentional or not, it created a perception that long-term loyalty and experience were not valued. In addition, many of the support departments operated in a way that fostered hostility rather than collaboration. Communication was often poor, accountability was inconsistent, and the overall culture became increasingly toxic. If you're considering working here, be aware that your experience may depend heavily on your department and leadership, as the organizational culture can be challenging.
