Pros
Snacks in cafeteria are always available and reasonably priced. Campus is a nice place to walk. A handful of decent, dedicated employees work in the building. The attorneys probably know their practices, but you can't be sure since you won't be communicating with them directly.
Cons
Lower to mid-level management needs to realize that experience, intelligence and work ethic count. Unfortunately, managers are promoted with little experience and even less intelligence. Bullying and bravado in place of actual skill is common, to a laughable degree. Training is non-existent. Poor communication (or lack thereof) is consistent. Bad vibes abound, and bad-mouthing is rampant. Organizational structure is counter-intuitive, bordering on nonsensical. If you're an honest, intelligent, hard-working employee, don't expect to enjoy your tenure. If you know your craft and have a track record of success, you'd be much better served in another place of employment. Senior management and directors stay hidden in the shadows.
