Incompetent, untrustworthy, rude IT management , poor morale, high turn over rate, no IT talent (all the talent is leaving or has left), below market compensation, high insurance, long hours, rude attorneys, the cheapest solution is the best solution, no advancement, no training, teamwork is discouraged overall a really bad place for IT professionals.
