Pros
CEO building momentum and Divisional autonomy is the way to go. Great products and a real sense of making a difference to peoples lives
Cons
Some of the shared corporate groups deeply threatened by Divisional autonomy. and fighting it with passive/aggressive behavior. Some managers have been around too long - they got into a role when Hologic was smaller and are now out of their depth.... they take things personally and talk out of both sides of their mouths.
