      Reasonably flexible schedule which is nice.

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement unless you're a schmoozer. Good hard working loyal people are constantly overlooked while others who do NO real work get promotions. Glass ceilings are in place. If you don't have a PhD, forget about it...
