Pros
Direct Managers are supportive and came up through the Field Service ladder. Good benefits Very fair salary Very good work/life balance Stock purchase program and Restricted Stock Units gifts Overtime and On-Call pay, but minimum on-call responsibility and mostly not much overtime needed.
Cons
Like just about any company field service organization, continued upward mobility becomes a popularity contest. Promotions are earmarked before they are posted. Feels like a good ole boy network in that sense. Growing pains with our documentation environment. 3rd iteration this year (2018)
