Not what you think - Manager Hologic Employee Review

Your headache and stress level depends on your department and location. Definitely, there are good environments and team cultures within Hologic, but there are only a few. Overall, the culture is trying to mimic big corporate culture, i.e. diversity, integrity, work-life balance. But hologic fails miserably on supporting these initiatives. There is a personal attitude of some senior leaders that transpires towards lower ranks. Unfortunately, within few teams, the stress level is so high, that they are in a continuous look-out for new jobs.
