Pros
Flexible work hours when needed, some really amazing coworkers, it’s possible to work here for a long time, nice benefits, amazing products are made here so you’re proud of where you work, there is so much potential
Cons
Favoritism causes management to over look a lot of bad behavior and lack of work, the focus on numbers and recoveries causes a lot of stress and quality goes out of the window, putting money into the building but not into the people, management only takes ideas/information from certain individuals, no opportunity for advancement, lack of materials make life hard
