      Pros

      Company does produce great products and cares about women's health. Working with such passionate people who care is great. It is the people who work here that make it worthwhile and a reason to stay.

      Cons

      However, upper manager consists mostly of older white males with no signs of change. Career advancement is hard, there are no career paths or good mentor programs. Also no incentive to stay with the company.
