Business Outlook
Pros
Legacy Gen-Probe were smart and work schedules were flexible. There were high expectations but high rewards too. Hologic seemed to have a strong product portfolio and strong Asian sales market.
Cons
After Hologic takeover there were layoffs and company culture took a huge hit. Now it may be better since the integration has occurred a few years ago. Not a lot of growth encouragement either, I think upper management was concerned with other things to worry about provide training or opportunities internally.
