I've been with Hologic for over 3 years to date. Since joining, I have grown personally and professionally thanks to inspiring leadership, the opportunity to access and support new projects as the business rapidly expands.
A lot of companies struggled during COVID but our response to the pandemic only furthered our focus to enable healthier lives and support the worlds healthcare industry.
I'm pleased to say that working at Hologic I am treated like an adult (this hasn't always been the case in previous businesses), I'm given the freedom to do what I do best each day and always have the support of my immediate manager and wider team.
I would recommend Hologic to any prospective employee, as a global organisation there is so much to conquer and be involved with. Unlike other multinational corporations where you find yourself pigeon-holed into one job/task - there are endless opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Some tech needs updating but I know that it's on the agenda.
Lean teams can take a while to get new team members in to support with volume
