Fake culture - everyone's laughy and your "friend" to your face but a lot of gossip goes on behind everyone's back. Unqualified managers who don't know what they're doing. Zero work/life balance - they expect working for Hologic to be your life. Upper management actively looks to not pay their reps well - which is one reason why there are always a lot of openings and high turnover and why you're seeing long tenured reps leave the company. They desperately want to be like Stryker which is why they recently let go of quality, qualified upper management and brought in underqualified people from Stryker. At the end of the day they don't truly care about their employees. HR is unprofessional - taking sides with management and not listening to complaints or taking them seriously. Doctors, nurses, and the OR staff know Hologic doesn't care about it's employees which could hinder business.
