      Pros

      Hologic is a market leader and their products genuinely help patients. Great benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      The diagnostic division is flailing. In a one year period they lost over half of their sales force, and they didn’t care. They also have fired a lot of upper management. People that tried to speak out against what needs to change were threatened, there is a culture of toxic positivity and it’s very unfortunate.

      Excellent employer full of motivated people. Some great managers who genuinely seem to care and are quite transparent

      Some ambiguity as to where the company is headed as of the recent acquisition by private equity.
