      Free gym on campus, highly-rated cuisine at cafeteria, plenty of learning opportunities across departments, very clean and upkept office spaces/meeting rooms, great benefits (stocks, medical/dental)

      Cons

      Growth is political, HR doesn't take care of personnel issues, last minute scheduling changes suggest lack of cohesiveness across planning, poor financial decisions with company money, change is necessary but takes years to complete, lack of direction for employees wanting to move up
