Pros
After leadership turmoil a couple years ago, the current CEO of the last almost 2 yrs has surrounded himself with strong leaders and made changes that has positively affected growth and hiring. Strong revenue and stock price growth in 2015 and a tremendous focus and reinvestment into R&D. A lot to look forward to for the company.
Cons
Still some "us vs them" feelings between Boston headquarters and large San Diego site. Some longer term employees who may have been with companies Hologic acquired have been managed out as there is a perception that those people may not be adaptable to change or doing things differently. My opinion is that there are some challenges with leadership and decision making in some GA functions but generally not a lot to complain about if you are comfortable working at a larger company.
