The company is growing fast, especially in the EMEA region and always releasing new products and looking to expand into new markets, make acquisitions etc. This makes it an interesting place to work with many opportunities to be involved in new work or projects. Many internal promotions and new job opportunities. Benefits are good, health care, gym, pension, EV scheme, many social events through the year. New modern office space. Good team spirit, everyone is helpful to each other and supportive. Corporate team and management are approachable and friendly and good to work with. Working for a company which sells products that saves women's lives feels good.
Cons
Quarter end / year ends can be busy, along with peak audit periods. But this is typical for finance and the same as I have experienced in any other organisation
