      Pros

      Sick Pay, Mediocre Health care package but a great onsite canteen..

      Cons

      Poor pay and Bonus considering the Work that you do , continual improvement and Problem solving agenda. Supervision , Management and Senior Management are all paid very well , shop-floor workers get paid the bare minimum , some are now just about getting the Minimum Pay for the UK . Making life extremely hard, when HR are questioned on this matter , they tell you they will help you put together a CV to apply for new jobs! Shameful considering Hologic earns Billions per year worldwide.

      Pros

      Excellent employer full of motivated people. Some great managers who genuinely seem to care and are quite transparent

      Cons

      Some ambiguity as to where the company is headed as of the recent acquisition by private equity.
